I have been waiting for a response from you to my question, how long is the response time?
We do our utmost to help our customers as soon as we can. Under high pressure on the mail, we ask you to be patient as it may take longer than normal to receive a response. In order to speed up the processing time, we ask that you only send an email to keep your place in the queue.
If you want to supplement your submitted question to us, it is fine to answer the auto-reply that was sent to you when you submitted the case.
