For hygiene reasons, underwear, panties, and swimwear cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. This policy ensures that every customer receives products in perfect condition.
Leisurewear, bras, and bikini tops may be returned as long as all tags are still attached and the original packaging is included. The items must not have been used beyond trying them on.
