How do I make a return? Europe/Outside of Europe
Our return policy always gives you the right to cancel or regret your order for 30 days. Please note that after you have notified us of the repentance, you have 14 days to return the item.
It is important that the product is not used before a return takes place and the packaging must be unbroken. Always return the original packaging and with tags on.
Follow steps 1 and 2 below to return your purchase to us:
1) Please contact us by our contact form as soon as possible after the delivery. Indicate whether it concerns a return, exchange, or a complaint. It is important that you also enter the order number and/or the same email address you specified while ordering so that we can easily find your order.
2) You will then receive an address from us where you can send the items. As a consumer, you are responsible for the return shipping. Once we have received the return or exchange in OK shape, we will make a refund.
NOTE! It usually takes about a week from the time we receive your return before you receive a refund. In exceptional cases, it can take up to 30 days for a refund (which is the maximum time allowed by law). Also, in case the return you sent is not accepted for different reasons, Frankdandy.com deducts the refund by 100% without further notice.

At Frankdandy.com, we want you to be happy with both our products and service, which is why our return policy gives you 30 days to cancel or return your order. Underwear and Swimwear
Since underwear (boxers and panties) are hygiene products, you may only use your right of withdrawal if the item has not been unpacked, tried on, or had its original packaging broken. Please check that the size, color, and model are correct before opening the package.
Swimwear may be returned or exchanged if it is unopened, or if it has only been tried on over your own clothing. All tags, hygiene seals (if applicable), and original packaging must remain intact.
Our sizes are generally true to size or may feel slightly smaller. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
Other Garments
For other garments such as t-shirts, tank tops, loungewear, bras, and bikini tops, returns and exchanges are accepted even after opening the package and trying the item on.
The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging included. You may try on the garment at home in the same way you would in a physical store without losing your right of withdrawal.

Always return products with their original packaging and all tags attached.
If we have shipped the wrong item or made an error with your order, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.

When your package arrives at our warehouse, we do our utmost to scan your return as quickly as possible. If we have not handled your return, please contact us and we will look into this for you. Remember to always ask for a receipt from the postal office when making a return.

How do I make an exchange?
If you wish to change an item, the easiest, fastest (and only way) is to place a new order in the shop.
Then use your right of withdrawal for the item you wish to exchange and return it to us according to the return instructions. Any eventual shipping fees on the new exchange order are free of charge – send us your new order number and we will remove it for you.
Please note that the same rules apply to a product that you want to exchange as in the case of a withdrawal of the purchase, i.e. that the packaging must be unbroken and non-tried on considering underwear and swimwear.

Can I exchange underwear or swimwear?
Underwear and socks cannot be returned or exchanged if the packaging has been opened, as these items are classified as hygiene products. We want to ensure that you, as a customer, receive your items in perfect condition.
Leisurewear, bras, and swimwear may be returned as long as all tags are attached, the original packaging is included, and the hygiene seal is still intact. Of course, the items must not have been used beyond what is necessary for trying them on.
